TAG Recognition

The Tag or tarjeta is a kind of provisional document, used especially in North American entities in which only basic data of a specific litter (name of father, mother, date of birth and breed) is contained.

In this type of document, the family tree does not appear, and in order to issue the Pedigree with the complete genealogy, we need to have access to the parents’ document, except in cases where the parents are already inserted in our system, where we are able to search for the offspring.

REGULATIONS

1 – It is essential that the owner authorizes the transfer to a new tutor, which can be done in the following ways:

1.1 – The owner signs the back of the TAG in the field “Seller’s Signature” and fills in the data of the new owner in the pedigree;

1.2 – An authorization must be sent by the owner to our email comercial@ibcdogs.com.br containing the data of the dog to be transferred, data of the new owner, and a photo of the identity of the current owner.

2 – Presentation of the complete family tree of the animal, being necessary, therefore, presentation of the parents’ documents, except in cases where the parents are registered in the IBC system.

3 – Confirmation of payment must occur within 7 calendar days from the request. Once this period has passed without confirmation of payment, the service request may be requested again;

4 – The deadline for making and posting the document is 7 working days from the confirmation of payment. The deadline for delivery of the document is the responsibility of the contracted service (Post Office, carrier, pickup on site, etc.).

5 – If any document is sent wrong or incomplete, the period extends to 10 working days after sending the missing documentation.

6 – The address filled in the form must be the address for all documents from the required services.

7 – The information provided in the form is the responsibility of the applicant.

If any parent is not included in our system, the owner must contact the breeder and provide the Pedigree image of the breeder requested (by e-mail comercial@ibcdogs.com.br), so that it can be then inserted into the IBC system with its entire family tree.
