IBC has cynophile judges who will check if your pet is in accordance with the racial standard as well as if your dog’s pedigree is able to enter our studbook, in which case a morphological evaluation of the animal and a documentary evaluation by one of our trained judges.

1 – IBC has cynophile judges who carry out the morphological and documentary evaluation of the dog.
2 – The morphological evaluation is performed through photos / videos of the dog. For dogs that have a pedigree in entities not officially recognized by the IBC, pedigrees will also be analyzed.
3 – Evaluation requirements: Dogs must be at least 3 months old to request the Evaluation.
3.1 – Dogs under 12 months old (still in training) that have been denied in the Assessment, may make new requests until they are 12 months old (at no additional cost).
4 – Dogs that obtain approval in the morphological and documentary analysis may have the pedigree transcribed in full to the IBC, following instructions on “Transfer of Pedigree from Other Entities”.
5 – Dogs that are approved only in the morphological analysis, must follow the procedures of “Initial Registration”.
6 – In case of non-approval of the morphological analysis of the dog and / or the Pedigree, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the evaluation.
7 – Confirmation of payment must occur within 7 calendar days from the request. Once this period has passed without confirmation of payment, the service request may be requested again;
8 – The deadline for evaluating the dog is 7 working days from the confirmation of payment. The deadline for delivery of the document in printed version is the responsibility of the contracted service (Post Office, carrier, pickup on site, etc.).
9 – If any document is sent wrong or incomplete, the term extends to 10 working days after sending the missing documentation.
